Teach Me Podcasting!

I've run Heartless Bitches International for 10 years. I am technical, my site has a brand, a community, and a number 1 google ranking. I finally put up a "blog" in the fall. I've done numerous radio (and a couple of community TV) interviews, and I listen to TWIS and TWIT, but I've never done a podcast myself. People have been bugging me to also start podcasting, which is why I'm here. I'm inviting those who have been doing this a while to teach me (and other newbies) what I need to know to get started. What are the "gotchas"? What are the first steps? What are the "must haves" ? How do I conference in people from other locations and record it successfullly? How do I do it for little or no money? This is your chance to come to this session and contribute your experiences and knowledge and Teach Me Podcasting...
